On Wednesday, February 3, at 10:00 a.m., I will be joined by Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose and members of the #Newark Municipal Council to reveal the details of Newark’s 45 Day Plan to reduce #crime and #violence in a major news conference at #NewarkCityHall.
We will announce improvements to create better cooperation and collaboration between the #police and the city’s residents to fight the surge in crime we saw over the weekend.
We are all united in this struggle to make our beloved City a safer place for every visitor, commuter and resident. Together we will make our City safe, and from that safer City everything else will flow – #EconomicDevelopment, community health and well-being, effective schools, and #unity among our people. #WeCanDoThis #WeAreNewark
